PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders as agreed via email (including providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- When purchasing a new domain name or transferring an existing domain name, your name, billing address, phone number and email address is shared with Namecheap which is provided to ICANN in order to ensure that registrant data (WHOIS) is correct. These companies will have their own Privacy Policy ensuring data held will be safe and compliant.
- Order Information is kept for accountancy purposes and will be held for as long as is reasonably required.
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information relating to our products or services.
- We use the Device Information that we collect to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site).
- We use the Website Information in order to complete the transfer of files between the development area and your live environment. Credentials provided to us in order to process this transfer will be used for this purpose only.
- Upon hosting setup, your login information to this area will be emailed to you and it must be reset upon first login.
- We maintain an Administrative level of access to all websites in order to maintain your website and resolve highlighted issues should they arise. This access is only used when granted by a customer in response to an enquiry.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personal Information with any third parties for marketing purposes.

MMB Design cannot accept any liability for loss of data through malicious causes. Although we attempt to ensure your website remains secure, your website remains your responsibility. If requested, a backup of your website data can be provided to you. This includes database and website files.
